DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Psychologists and practitioners at NCHP are considered out-of-network providers and do not bill your insurance company directly (The exception is Dr. Alaina Carr is now in-network with Aetna). Most major insurance companies cover some or all of the costs of out-of-network providers. If you would like to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company, we can provide monthly superbills. Clients are responsible for full payment at the time of service. Most major insurance companies can provide information ahead of sessions for estimated out-of-network, outpatient psychotherapy coverage. Helpful questions for your insurance company might be:

  • What are my out-of-network benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible? If so, how much?

  • Once I meet my deductible, how much of the visit cost will be reimbursed?

  • How do I submit a claim?

*Helpful codes for out-of-network insurance reimbursement: A 45-minute individual therapy session (CPT code 90834); group psychotherapy (CPT code 90853)
